Closing date for entries is the Tuesday before the ride or when the ride is full. Times will be posted on our website on the Friday before the ride, or ring 07739917062 or 01799 529359 for times. In case of bad weather please call the ride secretary 07739917062 for an event update.


Rules and Conditions

1 NESWBG do not accept any liability whatsoever for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness of horse(s), owner(s), rider(s), spectator(s) or any other person(s) or property or ground.

2. NESWBG reserve the right to cancel the Ride, alter the route or time of riding, or refuse entry without stating a reason and without incurring any costs.

3. Entry fees are not returnable if for any reason a rider fails to start except in the event of NESWBG cancelling the Ride.

4. Stallions must be declared on the entry form and should
    be prepared to go first or last.

5. Children under 14years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18+) as specified on the entry form.

6. Hard hats must conform to BSEN 4472/6473 or BSEN 1384 or PAS 015. Appropriate riding footwear and fluorescent safety wear must be worn. 

7. NESWBG may require a horse to be withdrawn if they consider it to be distressed or unfit or improperly shod/trimmed or in a danger to persons or other horses or property.

8. Participants must keep to the marked route of the Ride and avoid trespassing on to neighbouring land.
